Activate annual pass (smartphone version)

This article explains how to activate your Annual Pass in your account using your smartphone.

With the VanSite Annual Pass, you now have unlimited access to VanSite pitches in Europe for a whole year. Here we show you how to link the Annual Pass to your account. If you have any difficulties registering your Annual Pass, please feel free to contact our support team at support@vansite.eu.

1. download the app
First download the VanSite app to your smartphone.

If you don't use an Android smartphone or iPhone, you can also use VanSite via the mobile web version (to the mobile website).

2. login
Log in to the app with your VanSite account. To do this, first click on the menu button marked in red in the bottom right-hand corner of the image (the three horizontal lines "More").

Click on "Log in".

Log in with you Email-Address and password. If you don't have a VanSite account yet, tap on “Register here” and create your account.

3. open account settings

When you are logged in, tap on the menu button again (the three horizontal lines “More” at the bottom right) and then tap on "account settings".

4. activate annual pass
In the account settings you will find the sub-item “Annual pass”. Select this sub-item.

5. enter code
Enter your Annual Pass code. If you purchased the Annual Pass digitally, you will find the code in the order confirmation we sent you by email. If you purchased the Annual Pass as a physical version from one of our partners, you will find the code on the back of your card. Enter the license plate number of your motorhome or towing vehicle. Confirm your entry by clicking on “Link annual pass”.

7. book sites 
That's it! You can now easily book sites on VanSite with your Annual Pass and enjoy your trip.
