Payments on VanSite are processed with the help of Stripe, one of the world's leading payment service providers for payments on the Internet. Stripe acts as an escrow agent for each posting on VanSite.

Status of a payment

To view the status of the payment processing, just take a quick look at your inbox at VanSite. Here you can see the status of the payment in the chat of the respective booking.

When are booking amounts paid out?

Payouts of booking amounts via VanSite are collected at the end of the month.

You can view your upcoming payout and download a monthly summary under Account Settings -> Payouts.

Payments by credit card are usually displayed 1 - 5 business days after the booking is completed under Payouts.


Payments by direct debit are usually displayed 5 - 10 business days after the booking is completed under Payouts.
